CRSC is an Autonomous Body having its own constitution and Management Board. It is ecumenical in nature.
The Management Board is constituted by the following :-

| 1. |
Ten Term Members elected at the Annual General Meeting |
| |
|
| 2. |
Seven elected representatives, one each from the Dioceses of Agra, Amritsar, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Delhi, Lucknow and Rajasthan of the Church of North India. |

|
| 3. |
Five elected representatives, one each from the Regional Conferences of Agra, Delhi, Lucknow, Moradabad and Bareilley of the Methodist Church in India |
| |
|
| 4. |
One representative from UPCC of the National Council of Churches in India. |
| |
|
| 5. |
Two ex-officio members. |
|
|
|
|
The day to day affairs of the Centre is managed by the Director supported by a team of experienced and well trained staff.
CRSC is registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, 1976 and under section 12A of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
